What You’ll Do

Connect with new and existing customers to understand their needs

Recommend Allstate products that protect families, homes, cars, and futures

Build strong relationships and become a trusted resource in the community

Grow your book of business through lead engagement, outreach, and follow-up

Provide exceptional service with care, empathy, and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

A genuine interest in sales and helping people

Prior sales experience is a plus, but no insurance experience is required

Willingness to obtain your Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (we help with this!)

Self-motivated, confident, and eager to learn

Excellent communication skills

Organized and able to follow through consistently

If you have a positive attitude and a desire to grow, we can teach you the rest.
