What You'll Do:

Generate and close new business while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

Educate and advise clients on insurance options tailored to their needs.

Proactively prospect and qualify leads from various sources.

Serve your local community by helping customers prepare for life’s uncertainties.

Deliver an outstanding customer experience, ensuring clients feel confident in their coverage.

What We're Looking For:

Sales-driven mindset with a strong desire to succeed. (Sales experience preferred but not required.)

No prior insurance experience necessary – we’ll help you get licensed!

Willing to obtain Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license(s) (Licensed candidates preferred).

Confident and self-motivated professional who thrives independently.

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

Ability to multi-task, follow through, and provide proactive follow-up.
