Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls from personal and company-provided leads.
Maximize referrals by quoting, cross-selling, and up-selling to existing clients.
Prospect and set appointments for new business opportunities.
Contact existing leads for renewal quoting to drive repeat business.
Build relationships with mortgage brokers, auto dealerships, and realtors to maintain consistent lead flow.
Maintain a positive, professional, and reliable work ethic.
Demonstrate coachability, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications
Strong interest in a sales career (insurance experience a plus but not required)
Willing to obtain a Property & Casualty license before starting (Life & Health license within 6 months)

$60,000 – $100,000+ per year (Base + Commission + Bonuses) Compensation and benefits vary by agency and experience.
