Allstate Insurance Agency – Gemmarie Mitsui is seeking a licensed Sales Professional who values both production and professionalism.

This is a structured remote position with clear expectations and measurable standards. We are building a disciplined, growth-focused agency that prioritizes ethical selling, long-term client relationships, and consistent performance.

Responsibilities

Generate new business through proactive outreach and referrals

Conduct thorough coverage reviews to ensure clients are properly protected

Identify cross-sell opportunities (Auto, Home, Umbrella, Life) based on client needs

Maintain an organized and consistent sales pipeline

Meet activity benchmarks and follow-up standards

Follow underwriting, compliance, and documentation requirements

Production Standards

This role includes structured monthly benchmarks:

20 VC per month (employment minimum)

25+ VC per month (expected performance standard)

30+ VC = high performer tier

Performance is reviewed monthly. This position is best suited for individuals who are comfortable being evaluated based on measurable results while maintaining professional integrity.

Compensation

$20/hour base pay

Uncapped commission

Monthly performance bonuses beginning at 25 VC

Increased bonus opportunities at higher production tiers

Income growth is tied to consistent performance and quality of work.

Requirements

Active Washington State Property & Casualty License (required)

Washington State residency (required)

Demonstrated sales experience

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Comfortable with outbound activity

Self-disciplined and productive in a remote environment

Bilingual ability (any language) is a strong plus
