Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and licensed Property & Casualty (P&C) candidate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Sell property and casualty insurance products to new and existing clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Assess clients’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and regulations.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
Process applications and assist clients with policy changes.
Qualifications:
Valid Property & Casualty insurance license.
Proven sales experience in the insurance industry preferred.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient with CRM software and MS Office.

Base Salary
Entry-level / Less experienced: $30,000 to $40,000 per year
Mid-level experience: $40,000 to $55,000 per year
Highly experienced / Top producers: $55,000+ per year
