Schedule Expectations
6–8 hour shifts
At least 1 weekend shift required
Day and evening shifts available
What You’ll Do
Customize facial services based on each guest’s needs
Perform advanced enhancements (Microdermabrasion, High Frequency, LED, Peels, Aromatherapy)
Actively engage guests in the lobby to build rapport and trust
Educate guests on long-term skincare and treatment plans
Recommend and sell retail products with confidence
Drive rebooking and retention through genuine relationship-building
