Stonewall Property Group is seeking a motivated and licensed Texas real estate salesperson to join our growing property management team. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional to work in a fast-paced environment managing residential and multi-family properties.

Responsibilities:

• Handle leasing, renewals, and move-in/move-out processes.
• Market and show available properties to prospective tenants.
• Process applications and prepare lease agreements in compliance with TREC and company policies.
• Support owners and tenants with excellent communication and timely service.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with daily property management operations.

Qualifications:

• Active Texas Real Estate Salesperson License (required).
• Prior experience in property management or real estate leasing preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient with property management software (AppFolio experience a plus).
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic team environment.
