    One Love Agency, a leading mental and behavioral health provider in the region, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Therapist/Counselor or master's-level clinician to serve the refugee community in Twin Falls, Idaho. This is a full-time position for someone who understands cross-cultural, trauma-informed care and wants to make a real difference in the lives of individuals and families rebuilding their lives.

    Responsibilities

    Provide individual and group therapy to refugee clients using evidence-based, trauma-informed treatment modalities

    Conduct mental health assessments and develop personalized, culturally responsive treatment plans

    Work effectively with interpreters and adapt therapeutic approaches across cultures and languages

    Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in acute distress

    Maintain accurate, timely client records and documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards

    Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team — including case managers, medication management providers, and community partners — to coordinate whole-person care

    Stay current on best practices in refugee mental health, trauma, and cross-cultural counseling

    Qualifications

    Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field (required)

    Idaho licensure (LPC, LCPC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) — OR — master's-level clinicians working toward licensure are encouraged to apply

    Experience providing therapy to refugees, immigrants, or culturally and linguistically diverse populations (strongly preferred)

    Trauma-informed care experience (PTSD, complex trauma, adjustment disorders)

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; humility and curiosity in cross-cultural work

    Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

    Adherence to ethical guidelines and professional standards

    Preferred Qualifications

    Independent licensure with the ability to provide clinical supervision (supervising clinicians are especially encouraged to apply)

    Training in trauma-focused modalities (EMDR, TF-CBT, CPT, or similar)

    Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems

    Familiarity with insurance billing and documentation requirements

    Additional language skills a plus
