    Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) 

    The Company: Our client is a well-established Non-Profit healthcare organization based in St. Petersburg, Florida that offers its employees the support and understanding you would expect from top-rated management.

    The Position: The Licensed Clinical Social Worker writes, monitors, and coordinates treatment plans. They will also provide psychotherapeutic services in the form of individual, family, or group therapy. Works in collaboration with clinical staff (doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals) using case management skills to help patients and their families address and resolve the social, financial, and psychological problems related to their health condition.

    • $65,000 to $75,000 Depending on Experience

    Requirements:

    • Master’s degree in social work.
    • LCSW, LMHC or LMFT license required.
    • Experience working with adults in need of mental health services and their families.

    Responsibilities:

    • Monday – Friday (8am – 5pm)
    • This position provides individual, group and family counseling services.
    • Provides services that are consistent with the program methodology and in conformance with all program standards. Demonstrates flexibility in support of the overall mission of the agency on a countywide basis.
    • Provides services in a manner that encourages the increase of social support and the use of natural support systems for individuals and families served.
    • Provides therapy services which are culturally component, strength based, and Solution Focused, and respond to the goals set by the individual or family needing and requesting counseling services.
    • Provides solution-focused therapy that is consistent with evidence based practiced. Use respectful and strength-based words and actions with individuals and families. Discusses individuals and families with supervisors and peers in an appropriate manner.
      • Assists individuals and families in developing specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and time bound goal planning.
      • Be able to recognize and apply interventions or appropriate referrals to address a Co-Occurring diagnosis.
      • Meets productivity standard of 60% and a minimum of 100 client hours per month.
      • Accomplishes individual goals.
