Kidzcare Pediatrics is a well-established, physician-led pediatric practice serving communities across Athens, Harriman, and Madisonville, TN. The practice is located in Eastern Tennessee, conveniently situated approximately one hour from either Knoxville or Chattanooga.

This is a full-time, W2 outpatient position within a Rural Health Clinic setting, serving a predominantly Medicaid population.

Fully licensed therapist (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) with experience providing counseling services to pediatric patients ages 7–18 (occasionally as young as 3)

Experience in pediatric counseling is required.

Will be joining one other licensed therapist.

Primarily at Madisonville and Harriman with option to do 1 day/ week at Athens, if desired

• Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Some schedule flexibility available based on school year
• Hybrid work arrangement may be considered based on experience and practice needs
• Outpatient-only setting with strong support staff and clinical resources
