Licensed Therapist (LCSW or LPC)

The Position: Our client is looking for a Licensed Therapist (LCSW or LPC) to join their growing team.

• $55,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Current Michigan LCSW or LPC license
• Basic Life Support/CPR training according to requirements of license and/or certification
• Experience with CBT and Play Therapy preferred

Responsibilities:
• Monday to Friday (7:30am – 4pm)
• Provide individual and group therapy services for students within the Godfrey-Lee School District
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress in accordance with clinical standards
• Utilize CBT and Play Therapy techniques to support student emotional and behavioral well-being
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide consultation as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record system
• Assist the clinical and administrative team as needed
