Guiding Star Mental Health is growing, and we are expanding our team of licensed therapists in Tennessee — with additional opportunities as we grow into new states.

As a therapist with Guiding Star, you’ll walk alongside seniors in assisted living, independent living, and retirement communities as they navigate life’s challenges.

What We Offer

Private, one-on-one counseling (telehealth + in-person).

$70K–$93K annually (based on caseload) and BOE

Benefit package

What We’re Looking For

Active Tennessee license: LPC-MHSP, LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC

2+ years of clinical experience with adults or seniors preferred.

Strong communication and documentation skills.

A heart for serving seniors with dignity and compassion.
