Established and licensed Real Estate firm seeking motivated Real Estate Brokers licensed in New Hampshire and/or Vermont. Join a professional team with strong market presence and support.

Responsibilities:

Represent buyers and sellers in residential and/or commercial transactions

List, market, and show properties

Negotiate contracts and manage transactions through closing

Generate and maintain client relationships

Stay informed on NH & VT market trends and regulations

Requirements:

Valid VT and NH Real Estate Broker licenses.

Proven experience in residential real estate sales and transactions.

Strong negotiation skills and a customer-centric approach.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Familiarity with real estate marketing tools and platforms.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
