    Licensed Vocational Nurse – Freestanding ER | Tyler, TX

    Hospitality Health ER in Tyler, TX is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our dedicated emergency care team. This role involves providing compassionate, competent care to a diverse patient population—from neonates to geriatrics—while ensuring a high standard of service and patient satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct patient follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and provide post-care guidance.
    • Respond to billing inquiries and track patient complaints professionally.
    • Manage nurse calls and patient messages with timely, knowledgeable communication.
    • Fulfill documentation duties, including maintaining charts and employee records.
    • Support compliance with healthcare regulations and internal accountability structures.
    • Assist with daily operational responsibilities and uphold a patient-first approach.

    Qualifications

    • Associate degree and LVN certification required.
    • Previous direct patient care and/or customer service experience preferred.
    • Current unrestricted driver's license.
    • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, high-stress environment.
    • Flexible availability to meet departmental scheduling needs.
