Deliver safe, direct nursing care to residents
Administer meds and document accurately
Monitor patient status and report changes fast
Support RNs with assessments and care plans
Guide CNAs and assist new staff
Keep equipment and supplies ready for use
Uphold infection control and safety protocols
Active LVN license in California
Current CPR certification
1+ year LVN experience (acute or long-term care)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must pass TB screen and DOJ fingerprint check
Reliable commute to Marina District
Pay: $45–$51/hour + shift differentials
Per diem flexibility (choose available shifts)
Team-focused work environment
AM and PM per diem shifts
Weekday and weekend rotation
Onsite in San Francisco's Marina District
