Responsibilities: • Manages the process of obtaining and maintaining licenses for individual and the company. • Research changes in application and license regulations. • Collecting necessary documents. • Communicating with both SMSI employees and licensing agencies. • Ensures licenses are compliant with laws. • Monitors license statuses to maintain accurate records. • Make and receive important phone calls and direct them to the correct departments. Qualifications: • Previous experience as a licensing coordinator or similar role is recommended. • Must be organized and detail-oriented. • Must have strong time management capabilities. • Strong ability to work efficiently and be task-focused. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong understanding of licensing and license requirements for different trades. • Knowledge of licensing laws and regulations. • Must have great verbal and written communication skills. • Strong analytical and data management skills. Compensation: $17 hourly DOE
