    JOB SUMMARY

    We are seeking a detail-oriented candidate that displays excellent organizational skills. This candidate will be assisting the licensing administrator in maintaining the licensing database and workflow for an estimated 5000 insurance agencies.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Process New Agency Appointments & Contract Compliance

    Processing “Priority Same-Day Items” Website Sec/Bank Authorizations

    Process Producer Appointment requests

    Maintain the Error & Omissions renewal request program including process responses received and submit to outstanding items to Licensing Admin I/II or Licensing Admin for review and direction of next steps

    Maintain the License Renewal program request program & processing responses received from agencies on License Renewal Request

    Indexing all items received in the imaging system within the Licensing Dept

    QUALIFICATIONS

    High School Diploma or equivalent

    Bilingual skills helpful.

    Excellent organization and problem-solving skills.

    Excellent oral and written communication skills to quickly build rapport

    General office skills include faxing, copying and filing. Proficient in typing

    Experience with Microsoft ACCESS, WORD, EXCEL, ACT Database, ONBASE Imaging Systems, CMSg2, RIGHTFAX, AS400
