Job Description:
Assist with the processing of online and paper applications in the licensing system
Ensure application compliance with statutes
Fingerprint and perform background checks and keep applicants updated of
the status of their application
Respond to public inquiries Log fees and receipts
Prepare board meeting materials and minutes. Attend and assist with board meetings.
Order office supplies
• Tentative start date will be dependent upon interviews conducted, onboarding completed, and the state agency issuing a PO.

Expected to work 20 hours a week, will work exclusively on-site downtown at the office (with consideration for remote). Possible contract to hire so no candidates that require sponsorship. Immediate availability preferred.
Preferred Skills/Experience: previous experience working with the state, system migration, audits, licensing, customer service
