    Licensing and Credentialing Administrator Maple Grove, MN Hybrid Work Environment

    Thrifty White Pharmacy is seeking out a Licensing and Credentialing Specialist based out of our corporate office in Maple Grove, MN to manage the licensing and credentialing activities for Thrifty White Pharmacy retail stores, generic warehouse, central site operations, etc.

    A few of the primary responsibilities include:

    Administer State Medicaid enrollments for our pharmacies. Manage the Medicaid revalidation process as requested by State Medicaid programs.

    Administer Community Retail accreditations required for Medicare enrollment.

    Support DDA (formerly VAWD) Accreditation.

    Administer State Pharmacy Licenses & Controlled Substance Registrations.

    Administer State Wholesale Licenses.

    Administer Pharmacist licenses for VP of Central Site Operations.

    Administer all email communications coming into the Licensing2 inbox.

    Maintain Notary Public registration with MN Secretary of State and notarize documents as required for licensing and other business needs.

    Administer Liability Insurance/Surety Bonds.

    Administer FDA/WDD 3PL Reporting

    Administer GS1/GLN Barcode (Requirement of DSCSA).

    Administer Secretary of State Registrations CSC.

    Respond to Tech Help tickets as assigned.

    Administer SAM.gov Registration/Unique Entity ED (Formerly known as DUNS Number).

    DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    Education and Experience:

    2+ years of similar or related work experience in licensing, credentialing, and pharmacy.

    Strong working knowledge of pharmacy industry standards and methods.

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

    Ability to read and converse fluently in English.

    Be detail oriented and organized so accurate information is submitted and documentation is retained.

    Complete tasks within required timelines to ensure claims can be properly billed and reimbursement received.

    Communicate professionally to internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies.

    Ability to understand and carry out written and oral instructions.

    Ability to maintain effective working relationships with employees and supervisors.

    Ability to gain both an overview and a detailed understanding of complex concepts and systems. Requires good analytical skills.

    Good attendance and punctuality is required in order to fulfill the essential job functions.

    Maintain confidentiality at all times.

    Physical Demands:

    Must be physically able to perform sedentary work: exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally.

    Visual requirements include clarity of vision at distance of less than 20 inches and up to 20 feet with or without correction.
