    JOB DESCRIPTION ‐ WEALTH ADVISOR

    Fast-growing Wealth Manager with over +$6b under management is seeking motivated, eager-to-learn Wealth Advisor with HNW client service, investment and financial planning experience.

    JOB SUMMARY

    We are a growing firm headquartered in Los Angeles with a national footprint, looking to expand our Chicago team. As a Wealth Advisor, we will provide you with the foundation to support our firm in all aspects of client service, financial planning, and our investment process. You will be on the ground floor supporting a team lead by a managing director. Your daily responsibilities will include coordination of client financial plans, client service, and deploying investment strategies. In addition, you will be client interfacing while helping implement the determined plan. You will have significant upside as you earn opportunities for advancement based on your initiative, independence, and smarts.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    • Conceptualize and execute marketing/prospecting plans
    • Work under a senior director to learn how to effectively market to and meet with potential and current clients

    · Market financial planning and investment strategies, including alternatives, to prospective clients

    · Assist in the development and maintenance of client investment portfolios and investment reports

    · Deliver presentations and create proposals to prospective clients as well as current clients

    · Compile and input client data and current account information into financial planning software to create current portfolio reviews

    · Communicate with firm’s clients as appropriate

    · Ensure confidentiality with respect to all information pertaining to client and potential clients

    KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 3 years of experience in a high growth and dynamic environment with results showing success in achieving strong retention

    • Securities Licenses: Series 66 or Series 65

    • Experience in wealth management, financial advisory or other financial services preferred

    • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a team to achieve shared goals

    • The ability to think strategically and creatively in a fast-paced environment

    • Excellent written and verbal communications

    • Proven ability to self-start, take initiative, work collaboratively and drive results

    • Strong Computer skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Salesforce experience preferred

    • Experience with Customer Relationship Management and Project Management programs

    • Experience with financial planning software
