    Trauma Therapist - Full-Time or Part-Time The trauma therapist serves an integral role within the company with responsibility for providing trauma-informed therapeutic services including individual or group sessions. Timely and thorough clinical documentation is an essential and required component of this role. The trauma therapist works collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, social workers, and behavioral technicians to provide integrative, holistic, and comprehensive care.  Full-time (25 + hours per week) and part-time (8-10 hours per week) positions available Responsibilities: Success in this role REQUIRES effective communication and collaboration in a team environment to provide coordinated care and a strong dedication to timely and thorough documentation • Provide trauma-specific therapy utilizing evidence-based trauma treatment modalities, such as EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, IFS • Document services in company systems within 24 hours of session completion • Demonstrates the highest integrity and responsibility for legal and ethical requirements of those • providing therapeutic modalities • Follows mandated reporter requirements and engages with the Clinical Director on any legal or • ethical matters • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, ADA, and CARF regulations, policies, and procedures ensuring • confidentiality, professionalism, and sensitivity at all times • Participates in interdisciplinary and program team meetings, in-service training, and other • meetings and training as necessary  Qualifications: • A Master’s or Doctorate degree from a nationally recognized and accredited graduate school of social work, marriage and family therapy, or psychology • Current valid licensure in good standing with the Board of Psychology or Board of Behavioral Services • A minimum of four years experience in mental health, preferably in residential treatment, partial hospitalization, and/or intensive outpatient programs • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (written, verbal, active listening, EQ) and the ability to build relationships to achieve optimal outcomes • Broad experience with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and proficiency in their utilization • A professional manner, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently and interdependently • Understanding of and adherence to HIPAA compliance and privacy measures/requirements  Compensation: $70,000 + based on experience
