Job description:

Lien Negotiator

MOET LAW GROUP is looking for a full time lien negotiator in our personally injury law firm. Your job duties would entail:

Client point of contact once their case has been resolved

Reviewing client outstanding medical bills and liens and providing a settlement plan of action and justification from lien negotiated amounts

Communicating with providers to get final outstanding bill amounts

Negotiating with providers to help clients obtain a reduction

Handling any statutory liens such as Medi-cal & Medicare

Drafting client final closing docs and disbursement statements

Issuing provider checks and client settlement checks

You must have previous experience in the area of lien negotiations or accounting/book keeping

A strong candidate will have:

Experience in the field of lien negotiations and/or accounting/book keeping background

Possess strong reasoning, organizational and time management skills

Knowledge of medical terminology

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively via phone calls and email
