    We are currently seeking a Lien Negotiator to join our growing firm. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with direct lien negotiation experience who are eager to grow their legal career in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping clients maximize their settlements.

    ** Responsibilities**

    • Collect, review, and itemize client medical bills and records
    • Negotiate reductions on medical provider, attorney fee, subrogation, and child support liens
    • Draft and submit lien reduction letters to Medi-Cal, Medicare, Kaiser (via The Rawlings Company), and other relevant entities
    • Maintain accurate lien status updates in the firm’s case management system
    • Communicate with clients and medical providers regarding lien status and settlement updates

    ** Requirements**

    • Minimum 1-2 years of direct lien negotiation experience preferred, but not required. Candidates with a legal background or related experience are also encouraged to apply
    • Familiarity with California lien laws and common lienholders
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
    • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

    ** Hourly Range:** $18.00-$24.00/hour
