Customer Technical Service Representative
Job Description
We have several positions available in our customer technical support department and are seeking men and women -- with or without technical experience -- to help our members with light technical issues. We offer very competitive wages, and flexible hours.
Candidates should have at least 1 year of customer service experience (call center environment is a plus). This is a "light" technical service position. Candidates must have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, patience, and be computer literate.
