You’ll grow a list of prospective clients, market our insurance products, showcase our offerings to new customers, and help policyholders navigate the claims process. Responsibilities: • Address existing and prospective customer requests in a prompt and friendly matter, including booking new meetings and responding to inquiries regarding billing, eligibility, coverage, claims, and insurance policies • Maintain databases, records, and bookkeeping, ensuring all paperwork is up to date • Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process while supervising the progress of current insurance claims • Determine new customers’ insurance needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing via booked consultations to ensure the best client experience possible • Grow new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products via networking, asking for referrals, cold calling, and other marketing strategies Qualifications: • Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus • Possesses outstanding interpersonal and communication skills • Skilled with Microsoft Office • Current Life & Health insurance license is greatly valued • Client service experience as a sales representative a plus • Strong work ethic: You recognize the irreplaceable value of hard work and what it takes to achieve your financial goals • High integrity: You uphold high standards of professionalism and ethics and embrace the opportunity to become a highly visible member of your community • Proven history of leadership/management: You have a proven background in building and managing within a business development role • Life and Health Insurance License (Preferred) • Excellent communication and presentation skills Compensation: $100,000+ at plan commission
