You’ll grow a list of prospective clients, market our insurance products, showcase our offerings to new customers, and help policyholders navigate the claims process. Responsibilities: • Assist current policyholders during the insurance claims process while overseeing existing insurance claims • Evaluate new customers’ insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectations • Develop a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other marketing strategies to secure new business • Manage electronic and paper records and ensure all contracting paperwork is kept current • Onboard incoming and retain existing clients via a variety of customer service tasks, such as appointment booking, and responding to inquiries regarding billing, coverage, eligibility, and insurance policies Qualifications: • Possesses outstanding interpersonal and communication skills • Must have graduated high school or received GED, a Bachelor’s degree is desired • Candidates with an active Life & Health insurance license are strongly preferred • Skilled with Microsoft Office • Previous customer service or experience as a sales representative preferred • Strong work ethic: You recognize the irreplaceable value of hard work and what it takes to achieve your financial goals • High integrity: You uphold high standards of professionalism and ethics and embrace the opportunity to become a highly visible member of your community • Proven history of leadership/management: You have a proven background in building and managing within a business development role • Life and Health Insurance License (Preferred) • Excellent communication and presentation skills Compensation: $100,000+ at plan commission
