Responsibilities: • Meet with individuals, families, and businesses to assess their insurance and financial protection needs • Recommend personalized insurance solutions, including life insurance, annuities, and retirement strategies • Guide clients through the application and underwriting process with professionalism and care • Generate new business through networking, referrals, and community engagement • Build and maintain strong client relationships by conducting regular policy reviews and offering proactive support • Collaborate with underwriters, financial advisors, and New York Life team members to deliver comprehensive financial strategies • Stay current with industry developments and continue your professional education through company-sponsored training • Operate with integrity and maintain compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards Qualifications: • Previous experience in sales, customer service , or financial services is preferred • Exceptional communication skills —you can simplify complex topics and build trust easily • Strong listening, analytical, and consultative abilities • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently • A genuine desire to help others and make an impact • Familiarity with life insurance, annuities, or retirement planning is a plus, but not required—we provide full training • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory • Must be willing to obtain a Life & Health insurance license (licensing sponsorship and training provided) Compensation & Benefits: • Commission-based income with bonus opportunities and incentives • Competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and pension • Licensing support and paid training • Ongoing mentorship, career advancement opportunities, and access to digital sales tools and marketing support Compensation: $61,000 - $110,000 yearly
