Responsibilities: • Ensure all contracting paperwork is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping • Address existing and prospective customer requests in a prompt and friendly matter, including booking new meetings and responding to inquiries regarding billing, eligibility, coverage, claims, and insurance policies • Grow new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products via networking, asking for referrals, cold calling, and other marketing strategies • Evaluate new customers’ insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectations • Assist current policyholders during the insurance claims process while overseeing existing insurance claims • Answer the phone when the client calls you • Part-time or full-time • Remote / work from home Qualifications: • Candidates with an active Life & Health insurance license are strongly preferred • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must • Previous customer service or experience as a sales representative preferred • Prior health insurance or life insurance experience a bonus • Must reside in the USA • Must have a laptop or home computer, or be willing to get one • Must be a self-starter, accountable, goal-oriented, and willing to invest in yourself • Must be able to invest in self • Must be positive / no Debbie downers please Compensation: $100,000 at plan commission
