Job Summary

We are seeking detail-oriented and dedicated individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and integrity. As a Life Claims Examiner, you will be part of a collaborative and customer-focused team responsible for ensuring timely and fair resolution of life insurance claims.

Responsibilities

Accept, review, investigate, and evaluate claims submitted on all life related products, to determine coverage, liability and claim payment amounts.

Provide courteous, fair and prompt service to customers.

Maintain reports related to claims.

Report annual tax information to the IRS.

Qualifications

High School Diploma

College Degree Preferred but not required

Actively pursuing Associate Life and Health Claims Degree (ALHC)

Encouraged to be working toward the FLMI Degree.

Previous experience in claims, medical or legal field would be helpful.

Personal computer skills, knowledge of Excel and Data Base systems.

Must be able to make sound decisions.
