    General Description:

    The Lead QA Specialist (Lead Clinical Assessor) plays a critical role in overseeing the delivery and quality of various service programs, including Community Crisis and Outpatient Therapy. This individual will be directly involved with clients, manage a compact team, and handle multiple responsibilities across the department. The role demands a proactive approach in developing and implementing policies and procedures for short-term services, addressing immediate client needs while ensuring compliance and quality across all organizational programs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the development and implementation of policies and procedures for short-term service programs, with a focus on Community Crisis and Outpatient Therapy, aligning with organizational goals and client needs.

    • Conduct research to inform program development, ensuring our services remain innovative and effective.

    • Oversee a dedicated team, promoting a culture of growth and collaboration. Versatility is required to manage tasks ranging from direct client interaction to strategic program oversight.

    • Ensure comprehensive quality assessments and service authorizations for all programs within the organization, guaranteeing consistent service excellence.

    • Engage in direct client care, coordinating services to meet diverse needs, such as housing, financial assistance, and health management.

    • Facilitate team training and development, maintaining high standards of competence and performance.

    Working Conditions:

    Certifications/Credentials Required:

    Person applying for this role must have at minimum an active license (or eligible) with the Department of Health Professionals Board of Counseling.
