About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Clinical Director (LMHP) to join our team at Life Consultants Inc. in Chesapeake, VA. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of mental health professionals and make a positive impact in the community.

Responsibilities:

Provide clinical supervision and oversight to a team of licensed mental health professionals

Develop and implement treatment plans for clients

Develop, implement and grow programs

Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations

Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing support and training to staff

Collaborate with other departments to improve overall client care

Requirements:

Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field

Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) in the state of Virginia

Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
