About the Role:

Life Consultants Inc. is seeking a Clinical Assessor (LMHP/LMHP-E) to join our team servicing Hampton Roads. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting clinical assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans for clients. Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and evaluations of clients

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Provide crisis intervention and support to clients as needed

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of assessment findings and treatment plans

Stay current with industry best practices and evidence-based treatment approaches

Requirements:

Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field

Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) or LMHP-E in the state of Virginia

Experience conducting clinical assessments and evaluations

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Working Conditions:

Must be able to access clients at many locations and places frequented by clients, such as psychiatric facilities, hospitals, their homes etc.

Position requires driving your own vehicle as well as picking up and dropping client off whenever necessary to meet program needs. (Valid VA state driver license and car insurance is required per state law)

Position requires working a schedule which includes a rotational on call weekend per quarter.
