Your 20% Effort to Get 80% Results: Leasing rooms to maintain a high Economic Occupancy Pay Scale-Bonus Structure: Time: Full Time • Starting Salary: $55,000 • Post 90-Day Salary: $57,000 • Pay Cadence: Every 2 weeks / 26 Pay periods • Bonus: $250/month per 100 Rooms at 92% Economic Occupancy • Bonus: $500/month per 100 Rooms at 95% Economic Occupancy • Bonus: $750/month per 100 Rooms at 97% Economic Occupancy • PTO: 1 day of PTO for every full calendar month you work Opportunity to make up to $75,000/year with 200 rooms under management Responsibilities: Leasing: • Maintain 92% or above Economic Occupancy • Post on FB Marketplace to generate leads • Respond to weekend messages that come in for room rental inquiries • Schedule showings within 2 business days • Communicate with potential renters to confirm showing the day of and follow through until they rent or let us know they have found other housing Communication: • Keeping the Property Manager updated on all leads, appts, showings, and lease numbers • Letting the Property Manager know areas where help is needed • Collaborating with the Property Manager on improving company processes • Keeping clients up to date on the happenings of their property • Must update appropriate tracking sheets on time • Complete all ad-hoc tasks as assigned on time Accountability: • Weekly all-hands team meetings with the COO • Must update appropriate tracking sheets on time • Complete all ad-hoc tasks as assigned on time Causes for termination: • Not meeting your 30/60/90-day outcomes • 3 continuous months of Red KPIs • Repeatedly not showing up for meetings or work without notice • Repeatedly missing deadlines, tracking sheet updates, or ad-hoc tasks Support Training: • Weekly individual check-in meetings with the Property Manager • Weekly training during the first 90 days on all things Life Door Rentals • Upon request and review, we can pay for training and books • Introduce you to resources who can help you solve current issues What else can we do to support you? During the 90-day trial period, either party can terminate the contract without cause. Qualifications: • Experience in property management • Knowledge of leasing regulations and property laws • Experience with tenant relations and conflict resolution • Strong organizational and time management skills • Competencies: Property Management Experience, Management Experience Compensation: $55,000 yearly
