We are currently seeking an Memory Care Coordinator to join our team!

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

We are growing and are looking for an individual who has the ability to continually adjust to change, drive to make a difference, and desire to improve. The primary purpose of this position is to develop and coordinate activity and recreation related programs and services for the community that reflect the varied interests of all the residents and provide them with meaningful and enriching activities. They will also help develop programs for Alzheimer's-Dementia Residents that help improve resident morale as well as optimal levels of mental, physical, and social functioning.

• Develop Programs
• Maintaining assigned areas in an orderly and attractive manner
• Interacting with residents and visitors in a friendly and courteous manner, providing assistance and direction as requested
• Recruit, coordinate, and train volunteer members

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Strong interpersonal & organizational skills

• High School Diploma or GED

• 1 Year Prior Experience Working in Memory Care

• Desire to work with seniors

• Experience in coordinating social or recreational activities

• Must possess a team spirit, good character and personal integrity.

• Experience in volunteer recruitment and training preferred
