MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN Responsibilities: • Onboard incoming and retain existing clients via a variety of customer service tasks, such as appointment booking, and responding to inquiries regarding billing, coverage, eligibility, and insurance policies • Maintain databases, records, and bookkeeping, ensuring all paperwork is up to date • Expand our prospective customer base and market our insurance products via including networking, referrals, cold calling, and various marketing strategies to bring in new business • Evaluate new customers’ insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectations • Assist current policyholders during the insurance claims process while overseeing existing insurance claims Qualifications: • Must have graduated high school or received GED, a Bachelor’s degree is desired • Previous health insurance or life insurance experience a plus • Current Life & Health insurance license is greatly valued • Previous customer service or experience as a sales representative preferred • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite Compensation: $40,000 - $94,000 yearly
