Responsibilities: • Focus on meaningful conversations with qualified leads — we handle the prospecting • Conduct virtual consultations to assess client needs and priorities • Present life insurance options in a clear and professional manner • Assist clients through the application and underwriting process • Maintain follow-up communication to support long-term client relationships • Track activity and results using digital tools • Adhere to all licensing, compliance, and ethical standards Qualifications: • Clear, confident communication skills • Self-motivated with the ability to manage time in a remote environment • Professional mindset and openness to coaching • Experience in sales or client service is helpful, but not required • Willingness to obtain a life insurance license (guidance provided) Compensation: $130,000+ per year
