Responsibilities: • Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions questions concerning billing and insurance policies • Develop a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other marketing strategies to secure new business • Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process while supervising the progress of current insurance claims • Maintain databases, records, and bookkeeping, ensuring all paperwork is up to date • Determine new customers’ insurance needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing via booked consultations to ensure the best client experience possible Qualifications: • Customer service or experience as a sales representative are highly valued • Previous health insurance or life insurance experience a plus • Possesses outstanding interpersonal and communication skills • Candidates with an active Life & Health insurance license are strongly preferred • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred Compensation: $110,000 at-plan earnings
