Responsibilities: • Grow new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products via networking, asking for referrals, cold calling, and other marketing strategies • Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions questions concerning billing and insurance policies • Ensure all contracting paperwork is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping • Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process while supervising the progress of current insurance claims • Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience Qualifications: • Must have graduated high school or received GED, a Bachelor’s degree is desired • Previous health insurance or life insurance experience a plus • Current Life & Health insurance license is greatly valued • Customer service or experience as a sales representative are highly valued • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite Compensation: $64,500 - $73,000 yearly
