You’ll serve on the front lines of insurance sales, helping new customers navigate our products, processing claims and inquiries, and developing an ever-growing lead list to secure new business. Responsibilities: • Determine new customers’ insurance needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing via booked consultations to ensure the best client experience possible • Onboard incoming and retain existing clients via a variety of customer service tasks, such as appointment booking, and responding to inquiries regarding billing, coverage, eligibility, and insurance policies • Assist current policyholders during the insurance claims process while overseeing existing insurance claims • Develop a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other marketing strategies to secure new business • Maintain databases, records, and bookkeeping, ensuring all paperwork is up to date Qualifications: • Previous customer service or experience as a sales representative preferred • Previous health insurance or life insurance experience a plus • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite • Must have graduated high school or received GED, a Bachelor’s degree is desired • Current Life & Health insurance license is greatly valued Compensation: $67,000 - $100,000 at plan yearly
