You’ll serve on the front lines of insurance sales, helping new customers navigate our products, processing claims and inquiries, and developing an ever-growing lead list to secure new business. Responsibilities: • Develop a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other marketing strategies to secure new business • Manage electronic and paper records and ensure all contracting paperwork is kept current • Process current policyholders’ insurance claims while monitoring the status of existing insurance claims • Determine new customers’ insurance needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing via booked consultations to ensure the best client experience possible • Onboard incoming and retain existing clients via a variety of customer service tasks, such as appointment booking, and responding to inquiries regarding billing, coverage, eligibility, and insurance policies Qualifications: • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products • Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must • Prior health insurance or life insurance experience a bonus • Current Life & Health insurance license is greatly valued Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 yearly
