Responsibilities: • Maintain databases, records, and bookkeeping, ensuring all paperwork is up to date • Evaluate new customers’ insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectations • Develop a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other marketing strategies to secure new business • Assist current policyholders during the insurance claims process while overseeing existing insurance claims • Onboard incoming and retain existing clients via a variety of customer service tasks, such as appointment booking, and responding to inquiries regarding billing, coverage, eligibility, and insurance policies Qualifications: • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite • Possesses outstanding interpersonal and communication skills • Previous customer service or experience as a sales representative preferred • Current Life & Health insurance license is greatly valued • Background in the health insurance or life insurance industries preferred Compensation: $75,000 - $113,000 at plan yearly
