Responsibilities: • Address existing and prospective customer requests in a prompt and friendly matter, including booking new meetings and responding to inquiries regarding billing, eligibility, coverage, claims, and insurance policies • Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience • Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process while supervising the progress of current insurance claims • Manage electronic and paper records and ensure all contracting paperwork is kept current • Expand our prospective customer base and market our insurance products via including networking, referrals, cold calling, and various marketing strategies to bring in new business Qualifications: • Skilled with Microsoft Office • Must have graduated high school or received GED, a Bachelor’s degree is desired • Background in the health insurance or life insurance industries preferred • Possesses outstanding interpersonal and communication skills • Customer service or experience as a sales representative are highly valued Compensation: $75,000 - $113,000 at plan yearly
