Qualifications: • Experience in sales, preferably within the insurance industry, to effectively guide clients through the life insurance process. • Ability to build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, ensuring long-term partnerships. • Proven track record of collaborating with team members to enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth. • Keen understanding of industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date advice. • Commitment to continuous learning and skill development through company resources and training programs. • Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding a client base. • Strong communication skills to provide personalized financial advice tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. • Must have Life/Health/Annuity License • FINRA Series 7 & 66 Preferred Compensation: $125,000 - $150,000 yearly
