Responsibilities: • Maintain databases, records, and bookkeeping, ensuring all paperwork is up to date • Evaluate new customers’ insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectations • Process current policyholders’ insurance claims while monitoring the status of existing insurance claims • Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions questions concerning billing and insurance policies • Grow new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products via networking, asking for referrals, cold calling, and other marketing strategies Qualifications: • Customer service or experience as a sales representative are highly valued • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite • Must have graduated high school or received GED, a Bachelor’s degree is desired • Previous health insurance or life insurance experience a plus Compensation: $75,000 at plan earnings
