    Our rapidly expanding insurance agency is looking for a full-time life insurance agent to join our team! You’ll grow a list of prospective clients, market our insurance products, showcase our offerings to new customers, and help policyholders navigate the claims process. We’ll provide the support network and resources to help you reach - and exceed - your sales goals. Responsibilities: • Develop a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other marketing strategies to secure new business • Determine new customers’ insurance needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing via booked consultations to ensure the best client experience possible • Address existing and prospective customer requests in a prompt and friendly matter, including booking new meetings and responding to inquiries regarding billing, eligibility, coverage, claims, and insurance policies • Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process while supervising the progress of current insurance claims • Maintain databases, records, and bookkeeping, ensuring all paperwork is up to date What You Can Expect From This Position • Receive one-on-one and group training that provides a way for you to expedite your onboarding experience • Benefit from a lead-generating system that puts you in front of qualified buyers, no cold calling • Thrive amidst our award-winning, positive company culture, where leaders put people first and where leaders focus on flexibility and balance • Cultivate your leadership qualities and pursue personal and professional growth • Help others achieve the same financial freedom in their lives • Know that what you do helps protect the financial future of families Qualifications: • Client service experience as a sales representative a plus • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred • Possesses outstanding interpersonal and communication skills • Background in the health insurance or life insurance industries preferred • Candidates with an active Life & Health insurance license are strongly preferred • Strong work ethic: You recognize the irreplaceable value of hard work and what it takes to achieve your financial goals • High integrity: You uphold high standards of professionalism and ethics and embrace the opportunity to become a highly visible member of your community • Proven history of leadership/management: You have a proven background in building and managing within a business development role • Life and Health Insurance License (Preferred) • Excellent communication and presentation skills Compensation: $100,000 at plan commission
