Responsibilities: • Identify and secure new business through creative sales tactics, including networking and cold calling • Check insurance policies for accuracy, coverage, and limits to determine whether modifications are necessary • Ensure up-to-date information within insurance company databases to effectively drive sales and current customers • Compose tailored policy options, quotes, and educational materials to prospective and existing insurance clients • Resolve billing, policy change, coverage, and insurance claims issues using exemplary customer service skills Qualifications: • In-depth knowledge of available insurance policies and insurance coverage offerings along with their key differentiators • Must hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience working in the insurance industry • Goal-oriented sales approach and effective collaboration skills are needed • Must have strong computer skills in Microsoft Office programs; experience using agency management systems considered a plus • Experience in the insurance industry as an insurance producer for personal lines Compensation: $100,000 yearly
