The ideal candidate for our entry-level insurance agent position has the solid communication skills it takes to drive insurance sales among potential clients and new clients. Responsibilities: • Commit to remaining educated about the various types of insurance, insurance-related protocols, and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of program requirements and ensure our customers are satisfied • Maintain a portfolio of existing customers and pursue insurance sales with new clients by using sales strategies that may include cold calling and networking • Serve as an attentive listener when communicating with new and potential clients in order to accurately identify their unique needs prior to pursuing specific insurance sales • Call/text leads • Schedule appointments and consult with clients to help protect their needs • Training by Selfless Leaders who will help you close deals and get started! Qualifications: • Ability to learn and understand state and federal regulations that affect insurance sales, insurance clients, and the insurance industry as a whole • Experience using accounting or sales-related software is beneficial • Valid insurance license required or candidates must be willing to get licensed • Fundamental computer skills such as experience with Microsoft Office • Must reside in the USA Compensation: $150,000 at plan commission
