This is a fully work-from-home position available anywhere in the United States. As a key player in our sales force, you will build strong client relationships, uncover customer needs, and provide tailored life insurance solutions. This is a 100% commission sales role — your income is determined by your effort and results. Note: You must live in the United States for this position. Responsibilities: • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Work with our proven platform that connects you with qualified prospects, so you can spend more time closing sales and less time chasing cold leads. • Client Consultations: Conduct virtual meetings to understand clients’ financial goals and recommend tailored life insurance solutions. • Sales Presentations: Present policy options in a clear, compelling way that addresses client needs and builds trust. • Relationship Management: Build lasting client relationships with ongoing support and follow-up to ensure satisfaction and retention. • Market Awareness: Stay current on industry trends and product updates to best serve the clients. • Sales Tracking: Maintain accurate records of activity and results to monitor progress toward income goals. • Compliance: Always follow state regulations, company policies, and ethical standards while safeguarding client information. Qualifications: • Proven sales experience, ideally in insurance or financial services (not required if you are highly motivated to learn). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport virtually. • Strong presentation and negotiation abilities. • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently from home. • Comfortable using technology (video calls, CRM tools, online applications). • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus). • Active life insurance license or willingness to obtain one (we provide guidance and support for licensing). Compensation: $150,000+ per year
