Your Role:

Recruit and train insurance agents

Convert our current book of business

Build and manage a portfolio of business

Deliver product solutions including life insurance and annuities

Work with top carriers and get full back-end support

Requirements:

Active Life/Health license

Sales or financial services background (preferred)

Strong phone presence, communication, and follow-up skills

Willingness to be coached and grow
