Responsibilities: • Engage with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored insurance solutions. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. • Educate clients on the benefits of our insurance products, empowering them to make informed decisions. • Collaborate with our team to create comprehensive financial plans that align with clients' long-term objectives. • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with the most current advice. • Utilize our CRM system to track client interactions and ensure timely follow-ups. • Participate in community events and networking opportunities to expand client base and enhance brand visibility. Qualifications: Experience: • Sales Experience: Outside sales representative 2 years (Preferred). • B2B Prospecting: 2 years (Preferred). • Effectively communicate. • Self-motivated and detail-oriented. • Excellent customer service skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment. License/Certification: • Life, Health, and Annuity (Preferred). Compensation: $100,000 - $125,000 yearly
